Most IT workers in Europe don’t worry about losing their jobs if a project misses its deadline. Perhaps it’s not surprising that only one country in Europe completes more than 25 percent of IT projects on time. Can you guess which one?
Sweden turned out to be the most likely country in Europe to complete an IT project on time—and even then, only 44 percent of projects made it by deadline. No one else is even close. The number two spot is held by Switzerland (24 percent), the number three spot by the Czech Republic (20 percent), and the number six spot by the UK (11 percent). Showing that a Nordic culture and economy isn’t enough to get the job done, Finland came in seventh, with only eight percent of projects completed on time.
Ett litet stickspâr kanske, men jämför med Frankrike är Sverige ett under av teknik. Vissa saker som jag tog för sjävklart finns det inte ens en tanke pâ här.
